Stunning Scottish Baronial mansion built in 1861 and located in the middle of the countryside and still only 30 minutes from Edinburgh.

By Car (from Edinburgh/Edinburgh Airport):
- Take the A720 (City of Edinburgh Bypass).
- Exit the A720 onto the A703 towards Biggar.
- At the fork in the road, stay left, continuing on the A703 towards Peebles.
- Continue through Penicuik and Eddleston.
- After you have passed through Eddleston, look for the sign for Cringletie House on the right-hand side of the road.
By Car (from the Newcastle area):
- Head for the A696 to Jedburgh.
- At Elishaw, continue along the A68.
- Close to Melrose, turn left onto the A6061 towards Galashiels.
- At Galashiels, take the A72 towards Peebles.
- At the Peebles roundabout, turn right onto the A703 towards Edinburgh.
- There is a sign for Cringletie House after 2 miles (3.2 km).
By Car (from the Carlisle area):
- Take the M6/M74 motorway towards Glasgow.
- Leave the motorway at junction 15, taking the exit for Mofffat, onto the A701 scenic route to Edinburgh.
- At Drumelzier, turn right onto the B712 towards Peebles.
- Turn right onto A72. Through Peebles, at roundabout turn left onto A703 direction Edinburgh. Cringletie House is signposted after 2 miles.
