These stylish apartments are 900 metres from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre. Each modern apartment has cable TV, a DVD player and a washing machine and dishwasher. The Nicolson Apartments are in the centre of Edinburgh's Old Town, 700 metres from the Royal Mile. Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are less than a mile (1. six km) away. The large apartments have living/seating areas, modern bathrooms and kitchen areas. Crockery and cutlery are supplied and cots and high chairs are available on request. Bed linen and soft, fluffy towels are provided. The luxury toiletries are from L'Occitane.

Our apartments are recently refurbished to an excellent interior design scheme and each property includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room with dvd player, colour television and satellite. Nicolson apartments are spacious and private, creating a comfortable ambiance for all occasions. In the heart of the old town and only a short stroll away from Princes St, the apartments are an ideal choice for both business and leisure guests. We are located in Edinburghs old town, we are only minutes away from the Royal Mile and situated conveniently for all of Edinburghs attractions, making our apartments and perfect starting-point while visiting this historically significant city.
From Edinburgh city centre:
- Apartment are only a few minutes walk from Princess Street and Waverly Station.
- From the east end of Princes Street, turn right onto North Bridge and continue through South Bridge to Nicolson Street. West Nicolson Street is on the right.

This apartment is situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, just minutes from the Royal Mile. <BR><BR>The recently refurbished 3-bedroom apartment is located in a converted Victorian schoolhouse, and has been designed, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. <BR><BR>The apartment contains 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/living room area.
