The Halcyon House occupies a prominent position on Royal Terrace, the oldest Georgian Terrace in Europe. Only ten minutes walk to; the city centre, Edinburgh's main train station (Waverley) and the Central Bus Terminus at St Andrews Square.
The Halcyon House has fourteen bedrooms, 12 with en suite with tea/coffee, radio/intercom, central heating and a very large lounge with television and use of our very pleasant gardens. Special diets are catered for on prior request. Children are welcome. Special rates are available for them up to the age of twelve years. After twelve years of age they shall be classed as an adult. Pets are welcome, they must be house trained, have their own blanket to lie on, not allowed on the room furniture. Must not be left unattended in the room, for a long period of time. Not allowed inside the breakfast room. We are a short walk from the Playhouse Theatre and The Omni Centre which includes a multi screen cinema and many restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Why Stay With Us. . . . . . . .
